Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Storyteller's Symphony. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at returns@storytellersymphony.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label, and once we receive your returned item, we'll issue a refund or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.

In-Store Pickups

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@storytellersymphony.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement item or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
